Tecnofar spa manufactures and sells high-performance longitudinally welded stainless steel and nickel alloys tubes, in particular:

Located in the North of Italy, in a green area, surrounded by the Italian and Swiss Alps, Tecnofar Spa  has recently increased its production unit with a modern 5000 m2 plant, opened on January 2016.

Working with the most important European stainless steel mills, at the base of supply chain, Tecnofar offers a semi-finished quality product, fundamental requirement for a cost-efficient and environmentally-friendly component part.

The 11 Tig welding lines are equipped with the most efficient control systems  and induction annealing furnaces, that, working in a protected atmosphere, give to Tecnofar tubes an high corrosion-resistant resistance and the right mechanical characteristics  to perform bending, hydroforming, expanding, drilling, flanging etc …

Production range for welded tubes goes from 3 to 76 mm and thickness from 0,15 to 3 mm, with possibility of heat treatment and surface finishing by satinizing (grain 60 – 800 micron)

To meet the production requirements of all the customers, Tecnofar tubes could be supplied in long bars, in coils, or  in fix length cut pieces, perfectly deburred and cleaned.

To expand its production capacity for cut pipes Tecnofar has started a new and modern 4.0 plant to cut, deburr, wash, and check pipe segments with a diameter between 8,00 mm and 76,00 mm in lengths between 90 mm and 1000 mm, equipped with automatic loading and issuing of control reports (with Cpk).

The new plant integrates an already advanced department that is composed of 10 machines able to cut directly from bar or from roll tubes of diameter included between 1,00 mm and 76,00 mm and lengths from 3,00 to 3000 mm.

All this is done with a view to provide a quality product, always closer to the customer’s needs.

Directly connected to the production of stainless steel welded tube, Tecnofar is producing welded cold-drawn precision tubes with an external diameter ranging from 0,3 to 20 mm and thickness from 0,1 to 2 mm, available in bar, rolls and cut to size,  used in the application which require a very high precision and quality.

Techno Tube is a production plant with modern equipment for manufacturing welded round and profile stainless steel tubes and elbows. Capacities of the enterprise allow to produce up to 1000 tons of tubes per month. The products are certified by ISO and TUV.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

  • 6 TIG welding mills, 3 laser mills.
  • Polishing workshop.
  • Longitudinal slitting machine for the coils with the thickness from 0.8 mm to 6 mm. The width of the coils varies from 600 to 1500 mm. The cutting speed is up to 870 m per minute.
  • In-line bright annealing facilities.

For the tube production we used only high quality raw material (EN 10088-2) from world famous producers

Eurotubi, be innovative be different

Eurotubi is a leader manufacturer of round welded steel tubes in galvanized, aluminized, cold rolled, hot-rolled pickled, black hot-rolled and stainless steel, according to EN 10305-03, ASTM A53/A787-5.

The tubes are manufactured by continuous forming tube mills, welded with HF technology, which allows us to reach a high quality standard in sealing.

The range of production of the ERW tubes starts from Ø 40 to Ø 304 and wall thickness from 1 to 4,5 mm.

To complete its production, Eurotubi offers IR tubes for the production of Gas Fired Radiant tube heaters, in burnished and calorized steel; perforated steel tubes, especially designed for the automotive industry and the clamp bands for the agricultural and the food industries.

Aratubo strengthens its international growth

Aratubo, with more than 50 years of experience in the manufacture of welded precision steel tubes, has a presence in more than 20 countries and exports 90% of its production.

Aratubo has recently expanded its productive land in Júndiz industrial park (Vitoria-Gasteiz), increasing our storage capacity from one to three industrial warehouses. The company, with 185 employees, has now 70,000 sqm of productive land, which allows it to produce annually more than 100,000 tons of steel tubes.

The company is focused on the automotive industry within our framework of integral solutions and added value that we provide to our customers. 32% of what we sale to the automotive sector is processed tube, which means about 7,300 tons per year of steel tube.
