Techno Tube is a production plant with modern equipment for manufacturing welded round and profile stainless steel tubes and elbows. Capacities of the enterprise allow to produce up to 1000 tons of tubes per month. The products are certified by ISO and TUV.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

• 6 TIG welding mills, 3 laser mills.
• Polishing workshop.
• Longitudinal slitting machine for the coils with the thickness from 0.8 mm to 6 mm. The width of the coils varies from 600 to 1500 mm. The cutting speed is up to 870 m per minute.
• In-line bright annealing facilities.

For the tube production we used only high quality raw material (EN 10088-2) from world famous producers

• Round tubes from 8 to 114.3 mm
• Square tubes from 10х10 to 80х80 mm
• Rectangular tubes from 20х10 to 100х60 mm

Wall thickness from 0.5 to 5 mm

Length up to 24 meters
